FOR INDIVIDUALS
Work is one of the most complex social environments we navigate.
Every day, we move through relationships, power dynamics, expectations, uncertainty, collaboration, conflict, and change—often with little understanding of the biological and relational forces shaping what happens between us.

Accessing Psychological Safety is the capacity to understand these forces and participate in work with greater agency, discernment, and relational intelligence.

SocialBiome’s Individual Pathway is designed for people ready to develop this intelligence—learning to recognize the conditions of safety and threat, work skillfully with the nervous system, and navigate the social complexity of work with greater awareness, choice, and capacity.

Lori Wallace
Founder, Relational Guide
SocialBiome was created by Lori Wallace, whose career has centered on understanding the human dynamics that shape complex organizations.
After more than two decades working alongside leaders and professionals in high-pressure environments—particularly in healthcare—Lori observed how often the social systems that govern trust, communication, and collaboration were left unattended, and the risk that came with that.

Her work integrates insights from biomimicry, nervous system science, and servant leadership to help organizations intentionally design and steward the social systems that support healthy teams and resilient performance.
