Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the SocialBiome Leadership Program and/or the SocialBiome Individual Contributor Program (“Program”) , you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with SocialBiome and/or Career Ecology LLC (“Company”).
1. Program Overview
The Program is a professional development and leadership wellbeing experience designed to support relational leadership, nervous system awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, and workplace resilience.
The Program may include:

Online educational modules and learning materials
-
Somatic and reflective practices
-
Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching or guidance sessions
-
Leadership assessments and self-reflection tools
-
Access to the SocialBiome leadership community
-
Live or recorded group discussions and educational content
-
Additional resources, worksheets, PDFs, or digital materials
The Program is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
2. Program Commitment & Payment
Terms
Enrollment in the Program constitutes a commitment to a three (3) month participation term.
Participants agree to:

Pay $790 USD per month
-
Maintain an active payment method for the duration of the Program

Complete all three monthly payments unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company
Payments are automatically billed through the selected payment platform on a recurring monthly basis.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to Program materials, sessions, and community spaces.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Program, reserved coaching capacity, and immediate access to intellectual property and community resources:

All payments are non-refundable

No partial refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, unused materials, scheduling conflicts, or participant withdrawal

Participants may not transfer their enrollment to another individual without written approval
If the Company cancels the Program entirely, a prorated refund for unused services may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
4. Scheduling & One-on-One Sessions
Bi-weekly one-on-one sessions must be scheduled within the Program timeframe.
Participants understand:

Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited
-
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible
-
Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session access
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling needs.
5. Community Conduct & Psychological Safety
SocialBiome is rooted in relational integrity, emotional safety, and respectful engagement.
Participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants
-
Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared within the community
-
Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive conduct
-
Participate responsibly and within their personal capacity
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the wellbeing or safety of the community. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Educational Nature of Program
Participants acknowledge that:

The Program is intended for educational, professional, and personal development purposes only

The Program is not therapy, psychiatric care, medical care, legal advice, or clinical treatment
-
Somatic and nervous system education may involve emotional reflection and self-awareness practices
-
Participants remain fully responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and outcomes
If a participant is experiencing acute mental health distress, trauma crisis, or medical concerns, they should seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, frameworks, videos, practices, graphics, assessments, teachings, PDFs, and written content are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.
Participants may:

Use materials for personal and internal professional development purposes only
Participants may not:
-
Copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, license, record, or commercially share Program materials without written permission
Unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials may result in removal from the Program and potential legal action.
8. Technology & Access
Participants are responsible for:
-
Maintaining internet access and compatible devices
-
Providing accurate contact information
-
Accessing materials through the designated platforms
The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platform failures, or participant technical limitations.
9. Privacy
The Company will make reasonable efforts to protect participant privacy and confidential information.
However, participants understand that:

Online platforms and digital communication carry inherent privacy risks
-
Group environments cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality
-
Participants are responsible for their own discretion regarding personal sharing
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
-
Emotional distress arising from participation
-
Business, employment, or financial outcomes
-
Personal decisions made as a result of Program participation
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
11. Right to Modify Program
The Company reserves the right to:
-
Update Program content, structure, facilitators, schedules, or delivery methods
-
Modify community guidelines or policies as needed
-
Substitute equivalent educational experiences when necessary
Any material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance when possible.
12. Agreement
By enrolling in the SocialBiome Leadership Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
